Using the site

You may use this site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes only. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice. We do our best to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Intellectual property and our music

All content on this site — including the name "The Visionites", logos, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, audio recordings, mixes, and downloadable material — is owned by us, our licensors, or the otherwise attributed licence holders, and as such is protected by copyright and all other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may stream and, where we make it available, download our music and mixes for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Unless we give written permission, you may not:

• Copy, redistribute, sell, rent or sub-licence our recordings or mixes
• Remove or alter any artist credits, copyright notices or watermarkss
• Use any of our content for advertising or commercial purposes.

User-generated content 

Parts of the site may let you post content such as forum messages, comments or uploads ("User Content"). You are responsible for anything you post.

By posting User Content, you confirm that:

• it is your own, or you have the right to share it
• it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights
• it is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• it does not contain viruses, spam, or commercial advertising.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce and moderate your User Content on the site in connection with operating it. You keep ownership of your content.

We are not obliged to monitor User Content, but we may review, edit, refuse to post, or remove any content at our discretion — for example if it breaches these Terms — and we may suspend or block users who do so. We are not responsible for the views or content posted by users, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

Purchases

Merch, music and tickets sold through the site are processed via third-party platforms such as Bandcamp, Shopify or Stripe. Purchases made through those platforms are also subject to their terms and conditions. We are responsible for fulfilling orders placed directly with us, but matters such as payment processing, refunds and delivery may be governed by the relevant platform's policies. Please check those at the point of purchase.

Links to other sites

The site may contain links to third-party websites and embedded content (for example social media, streaming platforms or our shop). We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that the site will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses, or that the content is complete or current. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
